| Job Description |
Seasons Hospice has an opportunity for compassionate RNs who want to make a difference in the lives of patients and families coping with end of life illnesses.
As a member of our team of hospice professionals, you will manage a caseload of patients and families in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will provide, develop and implement individualized plans of care to maximize comfort and assist the family in the care. Additionally, you wll be performing nursing assessments on new and ongoing patient/families, as well as assisting in coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.
This position is fulltime based out of our Pasadena office. Sharing in on-call rotation is expected. Documentation is performed on a laptop computer, which will be provided. A sign-on bonus will be offered for Spanish Bilingual applicants. |

| Qualifications |
- Registered nurse currently licensed in the State of California
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in hospice, home health, geriatrics, or general medical surgical nursing
- Must have reliable transportation, Driver License, and the minimum State required liability auto insurance
- No license suspensions or revocations within the past seven years |
