Seasons Call Center

The cALL Seasons Center takes after hours, weekends, and holiday calls from patients and families needing help. Nurses and Customer Service Representatives are available to help by listening to provide emotional support, providing clinical advice to help manage symptoms such as pain or shortness of breath, and the Customer Service Representatives can help with non-clinical questions like “Is my nurse visiting today?”  The cALL Center staff have access to the computerized medical record. This allows them to look at the medication list and last visit notes while on the phone with you, and provide immediate help. If the patient and/or family needs additional in-person support, the cALL Seasons staff contacts the local “on-call” staff to arrange a visit as soon as possible.

In addition, if you want to learn about our services or refer a patient outside of normal business hours, the cALL Seasons staff can assist with that as well. Simply call your local site number any time and speak to a Seasons representative. No question or problem is too big or too small, we are always here to help you!
