Generous Paid Time Off and Holiday Plan
We have created a PTO Bank for accrual of vacation, sick, and personal time. As a full time, regular employee, you may accrue up to 20 days of PTO time in a 12 month period. More detail is available from your local HR office.
In addition to PTO Bank accrual, Seasons Hospice offers full time employees eight paid Holidays each year.

Seasons Hospice recognizes the special efforts our employees make caring for our patients and families and supporting our staff. In order to reward the dedication of Seasons employees, our founder, Marcia Norman, created MENTAL HEALTH DAYS. Full time employees may earn one additional paid day off each quarter based on attendance.

Health Insurance is available to full time employees on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Seasons Hospice makes significant contributions toward the cost of both employee and dependent premiums.
